As general manager of a county fairgrounds, and most recently as marketing director of a destination entertainment resort, he has concepted, launched, and grown signature events into annual traditions. Now he helps venues, cities, and organizations do the same.

His entertainment experience also extends beyond the casino industry. Through his years working with the Douglas County Fairgrounds, Harold helped coordinate and promote concerts, rodeos, fairs, weddings, conferences, and numerous community events.
Today, Harold’s experience gives him a unique perspective on the entertainment business—from finding the right talent and developing event concepts to marketing the event and creating an experience people want to come back for.
